• Organizational Structure: Multi-tenant architecture with role-based access control
• Analytics and Reporting: Performance metrics and data analytics
• Support System: Integrated customer support and ticket management

Account Registration

• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
• You must be at least 18 years old or have parental consent to use the service
• One account per individual user is allowed

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code

• Violate intellectual property rights or privacy rights

Subscription Plans

• Subscription fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis
• Prices are subject to change with 30 days' notice
• All fees are non-refundable except as required by law

Your Rights

• You retain ownership of content you create and upload
• You grant us a license to store and process your content
• You are responsible for ensuring you have rights to share your content
• You may not upload content that infringes on others' rights

Uptime and Maintenance

• We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service
• Scheduled maintenance may temporarily affect service availability
• We will provide advance notice of planned maintenance when possible
• Emergency maintenance may be performed without prior notice

Service Changes

• We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time
• We will provide reasonable notice for significant changes
• Your continued use constitutes acceptance of changes
• We are not liable for any losses due to service changes

Disclaimer of Warranties

Termination by You

• You may terminate your account at any time
• Termination is effective immediately upon account deletion
• You are responsible for backing up your data before termination

Termination by Us

• We may terminate or suspend your account for violations of these Terms
• We may terminate service with 30 days' notice for business reasons
• Immediate termination may occur for serious violations
• Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Benin. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of ProDashboard will be resolved in the courts of Benin.

Dispute Resolution

• We encourage resolving disputes through direct communication
• If disputes cannot be resolved, they will be settled through binding arbitration
• Arbitration will be conducted in accordance with Benin law
• You waive any right to a jury trial or class action lawsuit
